I recently used Family help Family for my move, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. From the start, their customer service was top-notch, with clear communication . On moving day, the crew arrived 30 mins earlier and immediately got to work. They were professional, efficient, and treated my belongings with the utmost care. The team worked quickly but didn’t cut any corners. The entire move was completed faster than I anticipated, and there were no hidden fees or unexpected charges. Overall, Family help Family made what could have been a very stressful experience remarkably smooth and hassle free. They are true to their name; Family. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and professional moving services. Ten stars

Michael and Sam were a blessing. They texted 30 mins prior and showed up on time. They worked the entire time and loaded the majority of a 26 ft truck in less than 4 hours. I had to ask them to take breaks with the high temps. They were very careful with our items and made sure to use protective equipment. They were very friendly, professional, communicative, hard working and will recommend them anytime possible and we'll request them when we do our final move. If we could give 10 stars, then we would. Saved us so much time and work. Thank you Sam. Thank you Michael, and thank you for your service. My brother in arms!

Review for the unload part - again they were on time, courteous, and hard working. One piece of furniture was especially heavy, my husband helped, but they did scratch up our hardwood floors. So I recommend them, but keep an eye on what they're doing.
