Overall okay experience. I had to call them the day before to make sure they were coming. They tried to help wrap some of the furniture with the materials provided, but it didn’t seem like they had done it much before as it wasn’t done particularly well. They didn’t cover several wood items with blankets (despite them being available) unless specifically told to. They also didn’t pack the truck efficiently. It was half full vertically (only loaded on the floor) to the point where they basically ran out of room even though the truck was more than big enough. There were several items and boxes that got scuffed or damaged in the move. With that being said, they were very friendly and willing to help. It was very hot, and they worked hard.

Terrence and Boise were amazing! They communicated ahead of time and actually showed up early, which was great for us. They were thoughtful and kind. They took good care of our things. I highly recommend them and plan to hire them again for our office move next week!
