Sandy's movers

Movers completed the job fine. They followed my layout map for setting down furniture. As I wrote in a previous review, I appreciate Sandy checking with me to ensure that movers did their job before collecting payment code. Just a few things to work on. (1) They left a streak mark on my wall when placing desk. (2) If you finish the job early, check with me to see if I would like anything else before proceeding to close the transaction. I would have had them sweep the truck. No issues to report otherwise.

Character limit way too low for my original review. Review is difficult to write. I'll start with the positive. Sandy and her team were flexible and accommodating in less than ideal circumstances. Finished on time despite late start that wasn't their fault. (They arrived early.) Were willing to do some packing during down time. Helped me maneuver truck. Sandy called me to confirm movers did their job before collecting payment code. Movers, though, made poor judgments in handling of materials. Only used 2-3 of 18 furniture blankets, even though I paid to rent them. Used packing tape directly on dresser, which ruined finish. Did not use provided rope tiedown. Glass broke (even though packers carefully packed them). Vinegar spilled on other items. Ran out of room on truck, even though I have less furniture than before. I believe Sandy is well meaning but may need better training for staff.

I have used several other moving services in the past and for communication, flexibility and professionalism, Sandy’s movers has been the best of them all! This move was a bit of a nightmare given the short time for packing and some delays, none of which were the fault of the movers. Sandy called to confirm the moving date and was flexible when my times had to change due to circumstances beyond my control. Jacob and Taylor worked so hard and I couldn’t believe what they accomplished in such a short time. It would have taken us days to do what they did in hours! I will definitely use them again for my next move and highly recommend them to others.

Without a doubt one of the best mover experiences I've ever had, extremely kind and energetic. Easily handled everything that needed to move and took extreme caution with moving important items. Plus they lifted a sleep number base without a single complaint. Grade A movers, will hire again when I eventually move.
