The owner made contact several times to confirm our needs prior to the move. The day of the move, the movers showed up when promised and worked their tails off in 97 deg heat to move our stuff into a 3-story townhouse. Very helpful, and the movers were polite and professional. Great experience! (Tipped in cash the day of the move.)
