The movers showed up 30 minutes late and did not bring any moving equipment or tools. The online order specifically stated that one of the items to unload was a bed that would need to be put together, but once they arrived the movers stated that they never assemble beds as part of moving. I could have made sure I had the tools available for assembly if they had given me notice any time between when I placed the order and the actual move. If the apartment complex did not have any hand trucks for use, they would have taken far longer than would be expected for a move of this size.

Movers were late coming from an unexpectedly long job and we were pushed up against the closing deadline for our storage facility, so that was stressful, but once they arrived they worked very efficiently and professionally and got done under the wire. Second time using Sandy and we would definitely use her again. She communicates frequently by phone and text. Highly recommend.
