During my move, they damaged my appliances, scratched them, mistreated them, and my stove no longer works. They did not use the necessary protection elements and did not know how to do their job. I have written to them to ask them to answer for the damage they caused and they have not responded. I do not recommend the service, it is of poor quality.

I had to email them to confirm they were coming as they never confirmed after I booked through UHaul as they are supposed to do. The guys arrived with no moving straps or gloves (it's not possible to rent them through UHaul so I assumed they would have them as other movers had in the past). They didn't bring any water with them so had to use my water bottle since all my glasses were packed. The guys tried to bring my stove down the 2 floors but the door opened and shattered the window. Professionals would have remembered to tape the door or lock it. After that, my husband had to go buy straps since we didn't want them breaking other appliances. They didn't seem very strong and struggled to walk up and down the stairs with stuff in their arms. When I tried contacting their boss about a refund for the broken oven window, I never got any news from them. Moving companies normally have insurance for accidents. I would not recommend this company. Consider paying bit more for better service.

It was not the helper's fault. But the one who manages them. When I bought this service. As someone who doesn't know anything about moving. I gave the description of what the helpers need to do. Move fridge, stove, washer, and dryer to the third floor. When the helpers came, they didn't know AND didn't have any equipment. they took 2.5 hours to move by just hand without equipment I had to bring all the boxes without the helpers because we had to give them tips for the hard work but 2.5 hours only the home apliance. I spent in total 145 on moving help and 90$ for the extra. not worth it. home appliance...

The movers were excellent. Worked hard. Very nice and personable. Worked fast. Would absolutely book them again in the future. I tipped them $150 cash.
