The movers are generally good and quickly moving, but don't fully follow instructions. Slowing down the moving process which they are paid for by the hour, which then causes additional fees because they are placing items in their own line of movement. Also, no problem solving skills, as the client, you have to figure out solutions for the 'professional' movers because they will just stand up and collaborate with no solution again wasting more paid time to then demand additional fees at the end over your designated time slot. Besides that they do work hard to get the job done.

Très courtois. Réponses rapides par texto. Très flexibles. Ponctuels. Bémol sur l’absence d’équipement. Nous devions les fournir (location d’équipement avec Uhaul, également absent, lors de la prise de possession de camion). Les déménageurs se mettaient en danger en ne connaissant pas l’équipement que nous avions fournis (strap avec harnais épaules). Devions aider pour l’organisation du camion. Cela a généré un stress supplémentaire.

We were extremely disappointed on the day of our move. We booked two movers from 9 to11 am, to help load our moving truck for a long distance move. We specifically hired movers to help with the awkward furniture (requiring 2 people). The first mover showed up at 910. No big deal, but the second didn’t show up at 930. The supervisor assured me that they would stay until 1130, but no - the later mover argued about that at 1105 and was clearly not happy about it. The help was lacklustre at best. Both movers were extremely slow - often carrying only 1 lightweight box & taking 5 minutes to take it down one flight of stairs to the truck. They did not prioritize the things we asked them to prioritize, and they did not seem particularly skilled or careful - they scratched our dresser and seemed unsure about how to carry a queen mattress together. My husband moved more in those two hours than the two movers did combined. Wouldn’t recommend.
