Arrived late. Were not very communicative about the fact that they would be arriving late. Smoked a bunch of cigarettes while on the job. Did an excellent job of packing effectively and fitting all of our stuff in to a tight space. Protected belongings well.

I experienced some hiccups with U-Haul, primarily due to a change in U-Haul warehouse location for the U-Box pickup. The lack of communication between the moving help and U-Haul led to some chaos, causing the moving day to be postponed by a day. However, on the rescheduled moving day, Dominique and Richard worked swiftly and professionally. They managed to load my entire studio apartment's contents into the U-Box within 30 minutes.
