Divine Moving was the worst moving experience I ever had in my entire life. I hired 2 men for 4 hours and just one showed up.Because he was by himself it took more then the double of time to end the job, so instead to finish my move at 7h30pm,I had to wait until 10h00pm for the guy to be done.He came by bus from Mtl to Joliette instead of having a truck,so I even had to pay for a truck and the guy was late because of the bus schedule even if I had made a clear warning to the boss when I booked that it's very hard to get North Shore by metro + bus.I had to drive the guy around the city at 10h00pm for him to catch his bus and I paid for the gas and km.Because he wanted to catch his bus, he wasn't taking care of my stuff and hit the storage's wall 10 times with my stuff falling on the floor.He packed the boxes so bad in the storage that I have no more space to put the rest of my effects and everything is up side down.I regret so much to have selected this company amoung all others. Avoid.

They were very helpful and accomodating. I explained to them I had very heavy home appliance and I would need help especially with those. Also, I had to change the time and he was very accomodating! The only issue is that I had to provide transport for the movers, which is fine but they sent 2 additional men to help with the moving. The car didn't have enough space to transport everyone safely and legally, it would've been nice to be told in advance that 2 additional men was coming along! I would also simply like to suggest that they should at least come with gloves for their own safety. 5 stars for the owner, he's a really good person and wants to help.
