They do not handle heavy or tight fitting furniture. They can handle light to medium things and work consistently with those items.

Left me with an truck still loaded, no communication, blamed me on me. Why would a mover move you with a wrist injury. It cost me more out of pocket with additional days for additional days on uhaul. Refuses to refund so I am in process of small claims court. Poor customer service lack of communication. Leaves you stranded and it's your fault
