They had an issue with one their drivers but they contacted me right away and when I told him I really needed them the personal only came out and helped out they got everything out of the space that I needed to and loaded everything into the space that I needed to very very well and I'm very thankful for them so outstanding service.

Chris with Certified Helping Hands was awesome. Things were delayed, like other customers' orders too, but that was because of U-Haul, NOT Certified Helping Hands. These guys were great, efficient, and extremely helpful.

Bad situation with UHaul. Did not receive UBox on time and several delays but not Helping Hands fault. Could have been a little better with more specific communication details. Felt really bad driver had to wait several hours and had to reschedule delivery for next day.
