Chris with Certified Helping Hands was awesome. Things were delayed, like other customers' orders too, but that was because of U-Haul, NOT Certified Helping Hands. These guys were great, efficient, and extremely helpful.

Bad situation with UHaul. Did not receive UBox on time and several delays but not Helping Hands fault. Could have been a little better with more specific communication details. Felt really bad driver had to wait several hours and had to reschedule delivery for next day.

Kendal and Phillip were phenomenal! They went right to work and hustled up and down all the stairs. I was amazed at how fast all my boxes made it into the truck and they packed the truck extremely well. Their boss was also very accommodating when I needed extra time. If you are moving, this is the company to go with.
