We had a good experience on the prior day for move out, but on the current move in date the team was nearly 2 hours late in arriving to our location. While they kept in touch with us to update us on the traffic delays, they should have considered heavy traffic on Boston MOVE-IN day and left early. Their late arrival caused us some problems as we needed to return our truck and catch a ferry by our reservation time. Once they guys arrived they were polite and professional, so, the low rating is based on being late. It was not clear to me when I scheduled the help that the team would be coming to Boston from NH.

Matthew and his team were wonderful! They were efficient, diligent, and careful. They capably problem-solved around how to get bulky items around tight corners. I would absolutely use them again!
