Marcus was very responsive but my experience was nothing short of chaotic. Both movers were complaining constantly about how they had not agree on how they were going to get paid by Marcus, one of them even threaten to stop working. Less than 5 minutes into driving after the truck was loaded my stuff crumbled down. Some of my belongings were broken, Marcus had to send two other guys and my afternoon was lost. Had to completely unload and load the truck again. Lent a charger to one of the movers, asked if he had left it back and he said yes, it wasn’t there. Asked Marcus about it and never got a response. Went for Marcus only because it was slightly cheaper than someone I had worked with before, terrible mistake and lesson learned. Again, Marcus was extremely responsive and polite, he just needs to choose his people much more carefully.

I booked a 2 hour loading process with this company that ended up turning 5hrs. Two people came for this job but the 20 year old kid was completely wasteful of our time. Often disappeared or was seen sitting around. This often slowed down the process as one gentleman continued to show professionalism and wasn’t in need of unnecessary talking. I remained in constant communication with their boss and would extend the hours to accommodate the extra work needed. Fast forward to packing up my home office space, I had packed my APPLE HEADPHONE MAX with my laptops and he practically brought this item out to ask if it still worked, and if I still needed it. I told him yes, it was a hit or miss but still used it. Upon unloading boxes from truck next day, headphones were missing from a truck I practically locked and drove the entire night. Contacted company but response was nonchalant. Mind you I gave both men $60 tip for helping and I got was a stolen $650 headset as a thank you. Terrible!!
