The workers worked hard but did not speak or read English, so communication was very difficult and we had to point out to them which box went in which room. We also were not able to communicate well enough with them to explain how to put together some of the furniture. The good thing about the company is we had to change the time we needed them at the last minute and they were able to accommodate us.

The assigned movers never showed up. However Anthony who helped initial coordinating came in to help with another person. We rented a uHaul and waited in the adjacent storage facility and even loaded up three quarters of the stuff while Anthony was trying to communicate with me and come help. He did his best to cover up for the assigned guys no show. Unfortunately we had to wait 3+ hours after picking up the U Haul. Once they came they were apologetic, professional & helpful. We only had to Travel 3 miles. They were able to finish up the job in 90 minutes. Big shoutout to Anthony & his partner. I wish they had not messed it up and I could have honestly rated this experience better.

Anthony and team did an AWESOME job! They were very professional and communicative, being flexible with their arrival time per our request. They went above and beyond while unpacking our trailer-- cannot recommend them enough. Go with boxes first movers, you won't be disappointed!

If I could give a million out of 5 stars I would. Dilson was so incredibly polite, responsive and accommodating. I was running late due to traffic and he was still able to squeeze me in to his day even though I was way past my scheduled time. Highly highly recommend
