DO NOT USE!!!!! Two young guys showed up and they WREAKED of marijuana. High as a kite. Argumentative, uncooperative, and a language barrier. They broke my bed frame. Anthony is no longer returning phone calls or texts so this will be a court battle. It's a rip off. I told them to get off my property and they refused. Finally, I said I was going to call the police. They insisted i got a payment code by email and i never did because Uhaul had the wrong email. I called and got the code to get them off my front door under duress. If you want people who don't respect you, your property, and show up impaired under the influence of drugs then this is the company. And they can't speak English very good at all. RUN AWAY AND DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT CALLING THEM! HERES A TIP FOR YOUR HELPERS -SMOKE YOUR WEED ON YOUR TIME.

Lack of communication due to language barrier, items intended for donation were loaded into truck when asked not to. Improperly handled items and damaged many antique furniture items as well as improperly packed truck causing large pieces of furniture to topple over onto other items causing breakage and more damage. 2 movers took many 15-20 minute breaks using up crucial loading time and it took 4 hours in which 2 were designated for load and 2 for unload. They never came to unload due to using entire 4 hours to load and then charged me an extra 80 dollars I had to pay through Zelle for them to move my washer and dryer. I’m also missing a few expensive items such as a laptop , diamond earrings, and of all things a Roku remote.

Tried to charge me $80 just to drive the truck 3 miles down the street. No help at all. I was a single mother with a toddler and they couldn’t have been more useless. Respectfully
