Overall, we received great service. The truck was way better loaded than we would have done ourselves, and all our furniture was loaded intact. One slight negative was that towards the end of the job, the movers were starting to slow down. One reason was that they had run out of boxes, but once they left I found a whole box of boxes that had not been used. Another was that they did not use the mattress protector I had provided and put right next to our bed, nor the TV sleeve protector I put next to our TV. The mattress cover on our mattress was damaged as a result.

The guys moved very fast and even brought in a third person to make it go quicker. I had four flights of stairs in my original apartment and they maneuvered them well.
