Joel did an AMAZING job unloading my U-Box and moving everything into my apartment. He made the process so much easier for me. Even though my container was packed all the way to the door, he hauled all of it in only an hour or so. He was professional, kind, and communicated proactively throughout the day so that I’d know exactly when he was arriving. I would highly recommend Five Star Movers to others.

Joelle, and Pedro were amazing. They were very communicative, and showed up right on time. They got everything unloaded and made sure we were happy with everything before leaving. I highly recommend them and to use them for future moves. Thank you so much.

Horrible. Absolutely unacceptable. I reserved 2 movers for 2 hours a week in advance. They gave me a window between 3pm and 6pm day off. Horrible communication. They would not answer the phone. The movers showed up after 11pm! I waited from 3pm to 11pm. He said a last minute job came in and was put BEFORE mine. The 2 guys were nice and did a decent job, but the whole process was a nightmare. I would advise never to use this company.
