The Good Help Guys

I thought I was getting a FIVE STAR moving company, especially for the price. I made an extra effort to get a U-haul truck to carry 2 boxes and was told the father, Charles would go back for the third. Then Charles seemed surprised to hear I had another box and they loaded all the rest of my stuff in the back of the U-haul truck, and packed it in the box at the facility. I’m afraid of how I will find my items. They almost forgot my $3000, floating mirror, that goes to my bedroom dresser. Jersey, well, he should be FIRED for his laziness and lack of professionalism. He was throwing my dishes in boxes, packed way too heavy, and only seemed concerned about his phone. I did most of the wrapping of the glass ware, vases, flowers, etc. Jersey then picked up my dogs ashes that were in a wooden box inside a blue velvet bag, and pretty much dropped into a box! He is worthless! Oscar did an amazing job, and assisted appropriately. Charle’s needs to stop defending Jersey, Javons friend.

Where do I begin? You get what you pay for as the old saying goes! If you want, great communication, on time (30 minutes early for us), and careful, courteous movers, STRESS FREE MOVE, Javon and his crew are the ones for you! Javon, was prompt to communicate, willing to work us into their schedule-on a 48 hour notice! Javon, Charles (his dad) and Taijon, were with us the day of our move. They were quick, accommodating and just plain delightful! We have done loads of moves with the Navy. I WISH some of our moves and been so easy! I have another load, planed and will ABSOLUTELY be using THE GOOD HELP GUYS!
