Communication was great. Called ahead of time to make sure everything was good to go. Started straight away and got more than expected in the truck for the first load. We ended up needing to do a second trip because I got a small truck but the movers made due and honestly I was so impressed with how get managed to take everything out of the old home and into the truck quickly and assuredly safely. During the process they'd ask what's next or what was priority and when I pointed out what won't go they listened. Some of my stuff had a lot of litter dust on it but they persevered through it which I admittedly was ashamed to have everything so dirty during the move, but they treated it all the same. Some small talk just worked though it all. I am very happy with the service and will recommend to people who need move help in the future.
