Scheduled for 10 am. Called 8 50 am to confirm and arrived 35 minutes late. We taped all furniture and made it extremely easy for the movers. They worked a total of 45 minutes due to us working before they arrived. Waste of money for 45 minutes. They didn’t protect items in truck even though we had extra blankets and boxes. Paid for 2 hours and we gave each mover $20 cash tip. Waste of money and we had to wait on them. Late to arrive and never apologized for arriving late.
