Caused several hundred dollars in damages to my goods, ripped all my vacuum and furniture bags by dragging everything across the pavement and not handling with care. Everything that was vacuum sealed to save on space had re expanded by the end of the day caused by wholes the movers caused. Put tears in my head board, dropped my dresser off the dolly cause damages, scratched brand new washer and dryer, dropped several items off of U-Haul loading ramp including furniture. Almost everything piece of furniture was hit on either the doors, walls, or the U-Haul. Only thing their manager did was said he could give me a discount the next time I needed moving services.

Scheduled appointment was not met. We had to wait a couple of hours until new crew arrived. Otherwise experience was good.
