The only reason this review isn’t 5 stars all around is because one of the movers was a no show. The mover who did help, Ty, was extremely efficient, friendly, and resourceful. He had to figure out how to move furniture pieces that would’ve required 2 people and he did it by himself while also navigating 2 flights of stairs. He was very professional and also apologetic that the other mover did not show. As frustrating as this was for him, having to do lots of heavy lifting by himself, he was a wonderful help and got the job done. The owner was also in good communication with me to inquire about the moving services as they were being completed.
