Palmetto Moving

Excellent service. Arrived 30 minutes early but worked out fine. Efficient workers were able to unload a 20 ft U-haul in half the allotted 2 hours time. When asked if they could use the extra hour of paid labor to unpack boxes I was told they could not because unpacking required a separate work order and work force. I understood the issue, but when I informed the owner the unused extra hour of labor, which was already paid for, would be considered as their tip there was a noticeable change in the lead worker's attitude. Within five minutes of departure he called me asking if I was dissatisfied with their work. I thought this strange because I had previously expressed how pleased I was with their service. I can only imagine he was disappointed they were not getting an extra tip on top of the $90 tip they had already received as a result of working half the allotted time. I think he was fishing for an additional tip, although he did not mention it.

Scott and Mike were exceptional. They were very flexible, communicative, professional and punctual. If I need any assistance moving in the future or know of anyone they are who I would call. Thank you guys! P.S. - They unloaded a completely packed 6x12ft trailer and a packed to the gills 4 door F150 to the second floor in about 45 mins. Just stupendous service!
