The crew showed up and got started right away! I was a bit concerned that all our items would fit. But the team managed to pack it just right and got everything loaded. They did so fast that they had time left over to assist us in loading remaining items in our cars. The experience was awesome. Everything from the origin location went off perfectly, scheduling, timing and execution. If I ever move again ( actually hope I don’t) I will definitely look to u -haul and their associates to get it done. Thank you

The leading gentleman called me the evening before the move asking me to move smaller boxes downstairs myself so that he can complete the job sooner as he double booked on the same time slots that I paid 3 hours for, he wants to complete the job in 1 and half hours, the job was completed in slightly over 2 hours. As a courtesy I did move a number of boxes downstairs at his request, but I pay for mover so that I don’t have to move myself! He was complaining the whole he was there, he was rushing the whole time and very rough in handling the items.
