Late showing up, reeking of marijuana, additional person come & sat in car for 2 hrs. They did not move as quick as one would expect, and honestly most of boxes moved in last half hr, when additional time wasn’t booked. Were on their phones during my moving time. Informed movers biggest concern was getting boxes downstairs. That said, one person carried boxes down the steps while the other waited at bottom & placed them. Had to ask them both to carry boxes down the steps for more efficiency. Majority of boxes moved were sm & med, only moved 6 lg boxes. Owner notified and stated he talked to crew, will take further steps if repeat action is reported. Did not offer any compensation. I was left feeling I got far less than I paid for and was very disappointed. These were 2 strapping young men who showed up & you could tell by their build, they work out! Just not at our house I guess. I would not be willing to use this company again. They were however, very polite & respectful.

Tay was responsive when scheduling this last minute (next day) job. They were to arrive at 8am, but Tay called at 730 to let me know one of the workers had a family emergency and asked if I could change it to 1000. I agreed, and at 950 Tay let me know one of the guys had to go 30 minutes to pick up the other one but they should be there shortly. The 2-man team did not arrive until 1215, with no explanation. They started off slow and didn't seem to really know how to pack, so I'm hoping my things make it the 700 miles without damage. They were personable and accommodating, though, and they did start working more quickly the longer they worked. All in all, I would not hire them again, based on this experience.

Amazing help! Booked last minute for a piano move, owner called almost immediately and worked out details. Guys were very nice, very professional, and careful with my 100 year old piano. Left no marks on the wood flooring inside the house. I will definately use then again when I move out here!

Booked this same day. Got a call right away from the owner. When they arrived they were very professional got right to work and completed the job in a timely manner. They seemed enjoy what they were doing and it made this move in more pleasurable. I would hire them again!!!
