I used Move With Ease LLC to help my son move from Greenville to Boston and it was an excellent experience. I booked through the U-Haul website and within an hour I heard from the company and they were able to answer all of my questions. I was told they would contact me 24 hours prior to the move and they called me precisely 24 hours before the move, as they said they would. They told me the would call an hour before the scheduled arrival time and almost to the minute they called to let me know they would be on time. They also asked if they could arrive a few minutes early and they showed up exactly when they said they would. We booked for two hours and they managed to load up a two-bedroom apartment with ease and efficiency. They were polite and professional to work with. They packed the truck with perfect precision. Everything fit PERFECTLY. The true measure of a successful load in is if everything gets to your destination in one piece. I drove from Greenville, SC to Boston, MA

They were very careful and efficient moving an upright piano and took much care not to damage it. It was definitely a beast, and they had to get the piano up about 7 steep porch steps, but they executed it flawlessly.

Thomas and Donnie did a great job moving the contents of my 3 u-boxes into a second story apartment with stairs. They were very accommodating, professional, and made sure not to damage any of the contents they were moving. I was very impressed that when there was an initial issue with the scope of work (it was completely my mistake when I ordered through the U-Haul website), they remained professional and courteous even when I was not, and we came to an amicable agreement and they accommodated me fully. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing moving services.
