They were very nice and respectful with our things. We had a tow dolly on the uhaul and they removed it for us no problem!! They didn’t get everything loaded and we had to add an extra hour. After that extra hour (so 4 total), we still had to pack the rest of the uhaul ourselves. The movers who unloaded us on the other end said they could tell they were probably new by how the uhaul was packed.
