The communication ranking is due to the lack of adequate pre-job information even though had the customer detail move info (voicemail messages & texts since Feb 1, 2025, when the Order was placed via U-haul. The two individuals who helped do the U-Haul truck loading were outstanding & professional, and made for a good day-of loading experience.
