Did not respond to phone messages or text the morning of the move until the time they were expected to arrive at which time I was informed that they would be 45 min late. The team was actually an hour and 15 min late. Of the three men, one did most of the moving and was a gem (I believe his name was Hamas). One was in training and did not seem to have the strength to carry an empty dresser (without drawers). Everything got loaded without damage and the experience ended well but in large part because we loaded our own boxes while waiting for the tardy team to arrive.

They were a little late arriving, but they let me know they were running behind. They did a great job moving everything in, but they didn't bring any dollies or moving equipment with them as they said they would. They made it all work without it, so no harm no foul, but they said they would have it with them. When I originally made the reservation, I didn't get any kind of confirmation from them, until I reached out to them specifically. But they then texted with me and I got the confirmation that made me comfortable that they would show.

This company was booked on very short notice when the original moving company booked through U-haul reported an injury and did not show up. There was some initial confusion by the company on the move date. Once that was clarified, the Movers showed up later than expected but we were able to unload the trucks. They were a little rough with items causing some minor damage but overall we were really grateful for them coming on short notice & they worked hard on a very hot day.

The best part of working with One Call Move was the people who were sent to help with our move. Both Wayne and Mel were super helpful and worked very well together. Hard workers and a get it done attitude. Exactly what I had hoped for.
