The movers who came to the job were great, efficient, hard working and polite. The communication in advance of the job was abysmal, virtually nonexistent. Despite my numerous requests for a confirmation call, I never received one, and provided details via text. I was assured that the job would be covered with no problem, however the movers were scheduled to be at another job that was 2.5 hours away just 3 hours after they arrived for my job. They had to abandon their work and leave my job incomplete, leaving me with about 25 percent of my things still in the moving containers. I had to scramble to find another company, wait 4.5 hours for their arrival, for what took just 45 minutes more of labor. This also cost me an additional $125., which all could have been avoided with a 5 minute phone call.
