He (Chris) immediately claimed the loaders had done a very poor job and any damage to our furniture was their fault. However he rushed a 4 hour job into 2 hours, damaging some of our furniture as well as the elevator and hallway in the building. He complained about going across the street to a storage facility with one piece. He hurried me so I left my glasses at the apartment and so I had to give him my phone to enter the code to the storage unit. I never entered the code for his payment, so if you received a payment code I didn't enter it. If you haven't received the code he only worked 2 hours.

Excellent communication by text before move, and when they were to be there move day. They paid extra attention to where we wanted things placed during unload.
