If I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. The main individual was not only extremely rude to me as the customer, but also treated his own workers with shocking disrespect. Yelling at them like they were animals. It was uncomfortable, inappropriate, and completely unacceptable. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Brian is the utmost professional, and this is the best moving service I have ever used, by far. He came on very short notice, timely, and had excellent communication. He was very careful and extremely efficient. Highest praises and highly recommended!

Brian at Steel Wheels was Amazing..He was not only careful with my belongings,But he Stacked it in my storage unit with care and I had plenty of room. Extremely Professional,On time, With great communication..I Even tipped the man, Because he was worth every penny.I Would hire him again in a heartbeat..Brian Saved My Back and Hip a lot of pain. I am truly Thankful.

I have used this service MANY times and this was the WORST experience. Between the big guy's constant profanity and belittling of his helper, I had to listen to him over and over say how they weren't supposed to do this or that. They dismantled the refrigerator (and didn't have time to reassemble) instead of just swinging the door in first like I suggested. Then he bullied me into giving him a $60 tip for all the things he did that he wasn't supposed to do. In the end we would normally have paid extra to have them complete the job, but we were so uncomfortable at that point we told them we would finish unloading ourselves. I do not recommend using this company.
