I have mixed feelings about this crew. They arrived in the time window that was promised, but towards the end of it. However, it seems that they started the time clock at the beginning of the time window. At the end of the day, they needed 15 extra minutes to complete the job based on when they started the timer, but they actually finished on time based on their actual arrival time. They charged me an extra hour for 15 minutes work that really should have been included in the original order. I didn't mind paying for the extra hour if it was needed to get the job done. However, the crew clearly wanted to leave and were rushing around. Everything that was packed in the truck in the last hour or so was broken when we opened the truck at the destination. It was obvious when unloading the truck (different crew) that the majority of the truck had been well packed. The loading crew lost interest in doing quality work at the end.

Never used a service.like this before but would absolutely use these guys again. They were great! Quick, careful and very friendly. Although singing may not be in their skill list it was a pleasure to get to know them.
