Triple J called to communicate and plan a couple weeks in advance and then again a few days before to confirm and to ask questions about the property and what my needs would be so there were no surprises on the day of. The team was efficient and careful with both my items and my apartment as they helped move stuff in from my Uboxes. Very professional and polite!
