They were a little late arriving, but they let me know they were running behind. They did a great job moving everything in, but they didn't bring any dollies or moving equipment with them as they said they would. They made it all work without it, so no harm no foul, but they said they would have it with them. When I originally made the reservation, I didn't get any kind of confirmation from them, until I reached out to them specifically. But they then texted with me and I got the confirmation that made me comfortable that they would show.

This company was booked on very short notice when the original moving company booked through U-haul reported an injury and did not show up. There was some initial confusion by the company on the move date. Once that was clarified, the Movers showed up later than expected but we were able to unload the trucks. They were a little rough with items causing some minor damage but overall we were really grateful for them coming on short notice & they worked hard on a very hot day.

The best part of working with One Call Move was the people who were sent to help with our move. Both Wayne and Mel were super helpful and worked very well together. Hard workers and a get it done attitude. Exactly what I had hoped for. One of the workers was on time however the other one called to say he was going to be 40 minutes late. Which ended up turning into an hour and a half late. However, to make up for it they showed up with three people and were able to complete the job quickly. So despite the setback it worked out OK
