Hired 3 helpers for 3 hours - helpers ended up being 2 gentleman and one lady. Was not the help that I expected when I scheduled this. The one younger gentleman did all of the heavy lifting and the other 2 stayed in the truck jamming boxes and items every which way. I did have a concern that everything would fit but after they left I had to repack a good amount of the truck. The way they pack they decide they don't need to use any strapping - didn't go to the ceiling of the truck. Didn't quite get the full 3 hours out of them either - I wouldn't use this company again.

overheard one of the guys complaining about heavy stuff and stairs and it wasn't just your standard complaining. They moved very slow, took the same amount of time to unload as it did to load and that should never happen. the load team was a different company and had to deal with 3 stories. the unload team only dealt with a 2 story structure.
