This group was used to unload our truck. They moved all of our belongings quickly but were happy to share what items were too heavy. If those were to be moved, a rather hefty fee would be required - items that were heavy but not 250 lbs or more. My son and I brought those pieces in ourselves. Their handling of the furniture was not quite as gentle as the crew who loaded our truck earlier in the day. Several pieces were scratched. Our recommendation - great guys with energy and muscle but they should slow down a bit, load the handtruck carefully and deliberately, and treat the belongings as if they were their proudest possessions.

The guys were great helping us unload the moving truck and get everything into our new home. They unloaded the entire truck in just 3 hours bringing everything up to the third floor. So glad we booked this service!
