Let me begin by stating the obvious. Calling them professionals is like calling a toddler with a plastic shovel a professional sandcastle builder. They both move stuff around, but accomplish zero results! They REMOVED the furniture covers we had placed on our living room sofa and two cloth green chairs. Removed! That was a foreshadowing of what followed. Their poor attempt at packing the truck resulted in damage to a number of items. One of our living room lamps-broken, a outdoor table-busted and bowed, a desk chair-stained, torn, and scratched, television-bented at the top and on the back, bench leg-broken, two night stands-scrapped, a fire safe box-busted and now unusable. This is in addition to the lawn equipment they placed directly on furniture and a box of antique ornaments that was sprawled across the floor of the truck.
