The communication was great. However the actual movers could use a bit of professional training. They were joking around a lot and hit our apartment fire alarm. Other than those two things they were good as far as getting the stuff in. Just playful teens

My 2 guys were awesome!! Drove truck 10 hours to move my daughter but after 2 hip replacements last year needed help with lifting!! They were pleasant, efficient and took good care of all the boxes and furniture!! Easy to book too!!

Two men showed up on time and were friendly and got to work. They tirelessly moved boxes and furniture from a 15ft truck while asking where we wanted items placed in the apartment. The job was completed within the time allotted. I remarked that the workers definitely earned their pay on that hot, humid day. When the job was complete, they requested the code we received for payment that was collected prior to the job at the time of scheduling. The workers asked if we wanted to give them a tip. I inquired how much they earned an hour to which they stated about 12.00. I was shocked and disappointed. I was charged 200.00 for two workers for 2 hours and they receive about 25 per cent. Administrative fees aside, this seemed inappropriate. Would like U Haul to vet these companies to ensure the workers are being paid fairly. It is a much needed and appreciated service.
