Gwens moving

I bought 3 rolls of plastic wrap and rented 24 moving blankets. I asked them multiple times to please wrap things, and they just.... didn't. They didn't wrap any of my antique teak dining chairs or either of my large dressers or my couch. Upon unpacking, the movers at my new house were shocked that they moved and packed all of my stuff without wrapping it. Drawers were off tracks, they left glass shelves in my hutch.. I have several broken, gouged, and scuffed belongings. For what I paid, I guess I would expect service like this- but because of the raving reviews on here, I was pretty shocked and wanted to warn ya'll!

One suggestion I would make is, that I offered them to Dolly’s to help them. They did not use them. I think the move would’ve gone quicker, had they used the dollies. The initial booking was for four hours. It ended up taking over five hours. I think they were a little bit slow and the dollies could’ve substantially sped up Their work. I gave them each a cash tip and will not be adding one here.

The guys did great work, they moved everything super quick and no marks on the walls floors or anything, they got everything I wanted into the U-Haul. I would use them Every move if I could!
