This service should never be advertised or listed as a moving company. The owner and associate was very unprepared and unprofessional. Incompetent in organizing and handling my property. I had to get family members to assist me in loading my truck. His assistance was a female that served no purpose to be present. Had the nerves to ask for a tip. Unfortunately my drivers got on the road tired and overwhelmed. It’s very unlikely and unfortunate that I will consider movers again.

They were very accommodating with unexpected delays. Showed up and got to work immediately. 2 guys for 2 hours was just enough to get the bigger items unloaded and set in new place. They are cheaper hourly because they rely more on gratuity. Which, in my opinion, means they have to work harder to earn their tips versus ‘miking’ a clock to make more money. They definitely earned it with me.

If I could give zero stars, I would. So rude and unprofessional! One taller bigger guy did the bare minimum! Was moving the boxes from one spot to another in my house while the other guy was working hard. He just stood around on his phone, bossed around the other guy. They also left for half an hour to use the bathroom, when I had two bathrooms in my house they could use. Left more than half of my things in the house because they ran out of time. Left every single fix that was labeled heavy and I had to move it myself. Spoke absolutely rudely to me, and I heard them cussing and yelling outside as they were leaving. Told me to pack differently and complained about every single thing. The bigger guy was also throwing my stuff downstairs to pass it to another guy, completely trashed my uhaul, and yelled at me that the truck wasn’t good enough. Completely unprofessional, extremely rude, lazy and don’t get their job done. I would never hire that one guy again. RUDE!!
