Movers were careless with items being moved. Showed up in pijamas and smelling like marijuana. We had a very short time to move, and they also asked to be paid more if it went into the third hour which was already fully paid for. Asked them to leave after carrying the heavy stuff in and finished it ourselves. They dragged items and dropped the couch.

I ordered the move through uhaul and was connected via text with A+ for a same-day unloading. I was told the price is was quoted was incorrect, despite having listed 2 flights of stairs in my order. We agreed on an alternate price and they said they could send three guys to be here at noon for a two hour job. I called at 1 and was told they were finishing up a job. Two men arrived at 230. Around 330 one of them had to go. I called for clarification on the situation and was assured that I wouldn't be charged unfairly. So far that is the case. I have paid the original quoted price. They had finished the work by 450 and did a pretty good job of putting things on the correct floor. Overall, they were very respectful and hardworking. It was an 80 degree day and I'm just grateful they could make it happen on a moments notice. Keep Ice water and Popsicles on deck for the guys if it's a scorcher! I would recommend them to a friend.
