They walked off of the job before it was completed because they actually asked for a tip and we said no. The reason that we said no was because they were not very careful during the move and caused damage to the floors and walls of our rental unit that we will now probably lose money from our security deposit. When I showed them the scratch on the floor, one of the guys started trying to be more careful, but the other didn't care. They unloaded certain items off of the truck and put it on the ground. We may not have the nicest things in the world, but we don't want them on the ground outside! I would complain that they took a lot of breaks, but since it was over 90 degrees out we will let that slide. We had to help move the items while they stayed on the truck or just unloaded stuff to the ground. What were we paying them for if we had to move our own stuff? I only found 1 broken item during our move, can't be sure if it was them or the guys that loaded the truck so I guess that's good

Loaded a 40ft container like it was a dumpster. Now I have to empty it out and reload it because the transport company won't insure the move because of poor conditions

These guys were powerhouse work horses. They were strong with a strong work ethic, did not cut any corners, did everything they could to help and go above and beyond. They were kind and courteous and I would highly recommend them above anyone other companies.

These guys worked their tails off. They were very pleasant to talk to. They listened to our instructions very well. They were careful not to hit the walls as they moved things. I wish we had more ice water to share with them. I’ve already given their business cards to 2 people.
