DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This was an absolutely atrocious experience. I spoke with them over the phone explaining the details of the move. A few days before the move, the person I was in contact with tried upcharging me for a third person so it would fit their schedule. They scheduled me for an hour later than what I asked for. Not a big deal, but then they didn’t show up until 4 hours after the later scheduled time. Once they showed up, only one of the movers was acting like he wanted to help. Halfway through, another guy showed up to pick up the other guy’s slack. Once he showed up it all went south. Almost every single piece of furniture I have is scratched. Not small scratches, but scrapes that go down the entire piece because it hit the handrail on the stairs and the movers showed no interest in trying to get it off of the handrails. I am beyond frustrated with how this company treated me. What was supposed to be a help turned into a total regret.
