Khalid and Deon from Road Runners were very professional, communicative, efficient, and respectful. There were some delays due to Uhual sending the Ubox to a different location than previously shared, which delayed the pickup time. However, Khalid and Deon updated and informed me often of the changes. They were also patient with me while I had to go buy a new lock for the box. Overall, their performance and efficiency were 10 of 10.
