They showed up two and a half hours late and I think that was only because I called six times and each time it went immediately to voicemail. Someone must have finally checked the voicemails and realized they had a job that had not been started. When the movers showed up, they kept taking smoke breaks and I told them I did not pay for smoke breaks. It got so bad that my child and I ended up having to help unload because they were so slow. It was absolutely ridiculous and I feel that I should receive a refund.

I am extremely angry. I had made arrangements for the men to be here to move at 9am. No one called me. They didn’t show up until 1130am . I would never recommend or use again. Hire at your own risk especially if you are on a strict time frame.
