KO Moving gave us the 5 star service. It was an incredibly hot day to unload a truck. They got an understanding of what needed to go where and got to work. The team was attentive, respectful and hustled like I have never seen hustle; working with such heart to ensure we were happy with where items were placed. I want to inform you that while the work completed was satisfactory, I was overcharged. Upon making the reservation, I paid $305.91. We worked until 7 PM, and I was charged $596.00 based on an hourly rate of $74.5. The payment was made through Zelle and I am willing to provide proof. Thus, I am requesting a refund of $305.91. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
