Franklin Movers

They text at 10 pm the night before to get the information for the move. They showed up 25 minutes late and not ready to move. We told them that it was on the second floor prior to them coming and they complained and charged us more money for the stairs that they knew were part of the deal. One of the movers only brought things in the front door and left them so I had to move them actually into the apartment. The other mover was much better about taking things actually into the rooms they were needed. I guess they served their purpose and moved the stuff needed. But tried to wait out the time so they didn't have to move the big stuff. They eventually did move the big stuff because they couldn't stall any longer.

The movers did well but they were late and required an extra charge for extra stairs. I would have given a better review if those two items were corrected.
