I placed order for two people for two hours of help packing two weeks prior to the job. I confirmed the time twice including the day before and the movers were still one and a half hrs late. When I called to find out what was going on I was told they were delayed due to weather. However, I live in the same town and drove the exact same route and distance to get to the house we were moving my daughter out of. There was no road delays or bad weather, just some rain. Then when asked about it the two helpers were told they were just called and told it was an emergency job request. Obviously they had no idea of the reservation 2 weeks prior. I will never use this provider service again. Our move from TN to NY was significantly delayed and caused problems on the other end.

Communication was weak as no one ever called or texted to confirm. I had to call twice to find out if they were coming out. However, once here they did a great job. They worked quickly and didn’t have any issues with anything. We had a heavy and awkward couch to move up stairs and they avoided any damage. I would use them again. They just need to text and communicate better.
